Tak De Leher - Part II
And ooo yes - it was the 2 MCKK judges who threw his appeal into the dustbin! So much for Fiat Sapientia Virtus. Shame on MCKK.
Tak De Leher
Received a call from Fadli – he’s now in Atlanta. Some people...
Spend some time borak, after all someone close to him may be joining my old firm in Old Street, small world ...
Anyway, I just found out that Allen has been circulating the rumour that I no longer have a visible neck! Complete dengan description lagi – kalau aku ayam sure payah nak sembelih....
Fadli is still very active in the London socialite circle – full of stories about what happens here and there. If there is one thing that Fadli does best that I can never even come close – it must be that.
There have been a few requests for the video and photos of the last BNB Reunion to be posted. Will work on that eventually but not now – am too tired.
Anwar Ibrahim has been hospitalised and is now in serious threat of paralysis. Whatever happens to humanity and belas kasihan – the public in general most probably will continue to ignore the plight of this one man until it’s too late, when he is already in the grave then maybe some of us will feel guilty, before happily moving on again. Curse us, what goes around comes around.
I just cannot comprehend how the so-called “Cemerlang, Gemilang, Terbilang” leaders of ours (though I never claim them as mine) have so much hate in their hearts – even budak-budak in Kuala, after years of rivalry, can kiss and make up before the final farewell at the train station. One day all of us will be judged, Prime Minister or not, prisoner or not....
Actually am feeling very guilty – I hate a state of haplessness, when you want to do something but you feel it’s futile, then you resign to that state of haplessness.
Anyway, at least Fadli is happy, after a spate of depression a few weeks ago. Other people have been having regular futsal meets, although have not been able to find time to join them and snap some photos. But the thought that the batch’s Fotopages will be filled with “orang tak de leher” makes me shudder....
To those in Putrajaya, the almighty you are, at least give this piece a second glance...
Gov’t should show Anwar mercy

I am glad that parliamentary Opposition Leader Lim Kit Siang has taken the step to raise the issue of Anwar's deteriorating health in the House. If parliamentarians in the BN government have no sense of decency to discuss and to allow Anwar to go for the operation of his choice abroad then we, the Malaysian people, now know how cruel the government can be.
Is it so wrong to go abroad for treatment? Do not Malaysians ever go abroad for second medical opinions or treatments? I understand that even the prime minister's wife has sought medical treatment abroad regularly (the United States) for her treatment of cancer.
No one questions her because it is her right. So should it be with Anwar who has suffered at the hands of his former party, Umno.
There is no sense of kindness, mercy or decency anymore. No wonder there are reckless murders, brutal rapes and senseless crimes being committed with increasing frequency. Such is the disposition of the leaders of our land who are more concerned about the security of their jobs then doing justice and showing mercy.
It is obvious to the majority of Malaysians that Anwar, a victim of a political conspiracy, is being politically persecuted because of his stand on certain issues concerning the reckless emptying of the government's coffers.
The close relationship between the country's leaders and business tycoons came into play and they saw it fit to oust him in order to protect their interests. Anwar, in making his stand, actually fought for the rights of the ordinary Malaysians and Malays who were being neglected in the thick of all the mega projects.
He was the true pejuang who stands for what Umno believes in. Today, the party is hijacked by power-hungry people who then create ‘no contest’ rules so that they can stay on in power for decades.
It is appropriate then that Lim Kit Siang raises the issue of Anwar and see if his fellow parliamentarians would make their voices heard and go against Anwar.
If they speak only to protect their political masters, then God shall be the judge on their day of judgement and when they seek mercy, there will be none.

Shasha, Sex Education, "Burung" etc.
Shahrul's Page
NAME: MOHD SHAHRUL SHARI
NICK: SHASHA
Come across Bochap’s webpage and oooo dear..... what a transformation from the crude “Bochap” to “Shasha”! “Shasha” would have been reserved for certain select people kat koleq, even then I am sure it was a big no no to give that kind of nickname to anyone – but our dear Bochap nonchalantly published his “Shasha” nickname all over the place. Shasha Gabore ha ha.... then maybe it is not derogatory after all that Bobo is now considered in the same league as Bochap (Disclaimer: Not my opinion Bochap, it was Gadap’s!)
Anyway, also came across this one blog from a present boy, currently in Form 5 (stop speculating about the state of my free time) which amuses me. Read this:
Argh~! Another L-A-M-E + B-O-R-I-N-G + S-L-E-E-P-Y bm period by the famous En. Azmi Ali a.k.a WAWOO . He’s teacheing us idioms~!...well…oklah..i admit that I do suck at idioms…but y does he has to babble all d way~!..=O..he does time all the time…and we alwiz end up talking bout porn….*he…making out wit his wife & his “playa” years* …hehe…but at least his good in grammer
Forgot to fill u guys in on our sports day….SULAIMAN HOUSE was the runner up…and the champ went to MOHD SHAH *five years in a row~!*. We were down by 18pt….and we would’ve won if our F1 relay team was not disqualified. =(….but over all….i had a great time…the experience gained was definitely sumting unique. I even got a Speacial Edition t-shirt for the Sulaiman House *only given to certain ppl….and very LIMITED* Prolly cuz I was so “speret” in preparing for the sports day props & camp thinggy. And the best thing is…I tink I’m the only “burung” who has a SE tshirt among all the four house~!... *GEGE* =P
P/S: CORRECTION….MAT DAN ALSO GOT A SE FROM THE IDRIS HOUSE…BUT THE NORMAL STANDARD OF SE SHIRTS….
Ha ha ha Wawu of all the teachers, making porn jokes to students? Are we in the same planet or 14 years is such a long time that what was unthinkable back then, is now a reality? I don’t know how it happened but it seems our Form 1 BM teacher – Wawu (who personally speaking in my opinion was one of the most thought provoking and energetic Form 1 BM teacher ever) has officially taken over from Datuk Gedebe in giving unofficial s** education to college boys.
Gedebe was unique in his history lessons – South East Asia was always a cheap imitation of a man’s genitalia, while all other parts of the world – some kind of deformed breasts.
But oo well, as much as I find it ‘refreshing’ that college boys keep getting this endless stream of real life stories on s** education, I shudder to imagine how I would react if I were to hear it from Wawu himself.
The part on thoroughbred’s acceptance of a non-thoroughbred Form 5 also intrigues me, because it was much simpler in our days. The new Form 4s (as they were called back then, the species ‘burung’ evolved way after we left koleq) were subjected to the same gentlemen agreement and rules as any other budak koleq – prove your mettle and you will be one of us. So more often than not, the onus is always on the new Form 4s to prove a point that he too deserves the respect like any other thoroughbred Form 5. When he does get the respect, people hardly stop to think whether he is thoroughbred or not.
In fact, some of the non-thoroughbred Form 5s were so much closer to us in 1994 until now than those who were with us than day one – partly because they have earned the respect, mostly because we have become great friends and we get along better.
But it seems things are so much more complicated now, officially the caste system is in place.
It’s Official: Class of 94 – 0
I spoke to a koleq teacher just now, catching up on a few things. Did ask him how was the turnout for the OBW, obviously we went on to talk about the conspicuous absence of Class of 94 from the OBW this year – let alone this is supposed to be our 10-year reunion.
Anyway, it was confirmed that the famous official scoreboard, which gives details of registered old boys from every batch, recorded a ZERO attendance for Class of 94. Achievement or what?
Unless some people went skulking around unregistered for fear of being ostracised later on ha ha.....

PPM: Technical Error
I just found out that apparently, one of the judges who judged koleq's debate in the quarter final went to see one of our teachers after the debate to tell us that the judges mistakenly marked the marking scheme and it should have been koleq who should have been announced as a winner after all. That could explain some of the commotion in the room during the result as the chief judge stormed out of the room - but what the fuck! Over and over again you here silly mistake like this happening during PPM - for God sake, some of the kids spent their lifetime working for this and the least the judges can do is to empathise with them for the kind of efforts they (the kids) put in...
Some school kids' life was ruined because of this - and because of the judges cannot write and read properly?
Surely I need to confirm this first, but if this is true, I am going to make so much fuss about this....
